About this coffee
Caramel · Oak · Spice
A Chiapas coffee with a story rooted in family.
Grown on the Rancho San Francisco family estate in the Chiapas mountains of Mexico, this medium roast brings together notes of caramel, oak, and spice.
Third-generation farmers Delmar and Fernando Moreno Guillen grow this coffee under natural shade. The estate is not certified organic; its existing growing practices use no chemical fertilizers. The farm grows mostly Typica and Bourbon, with some Caturra.
Great for: Drip coffee, pour over, French press, and anyone drawn to caramel and spice notes.
