Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer various shipping options for domestic orders, including standard shipping, express shipping, etc. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: If applicable, Union Roasters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@unionroasters.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.
